San Vicente Palawan, with longest Beach in the Philippines

San Vicente is the Municipality of San Vicente a Province of Palawan. There are a Total of 10 Barangays which Poblacion (San Vicente) is the main town and Port Barton the more known Place for Tourists. Since there are not yet enough accommodations in San Vicente the most visitors will go straight to Port Barton, where there are more services like Accommodations, Restaurants, Bars, Tours available. But when it comes to beaches, San Vicente has a Total of 14km stretch of fine sandy beaches segmented in different bays and beaches. The biggest of all is the so called Long Beach (other Names are Enarayan Beach, Bokbok Beach, Tagpis Beach, Alimanguan Beach & Erawan Beach). it is generally safe for swimming since you can walk slowly inside the soft bottom Beach without any Rocks and sea urchins. The sea can have some bigger waves from time to time (check the weather updates) that’s why it becomes also more known for surfing (seasonal). Watch also out of Jellyfishes which may occur occasionally on the shoreline and use coconut oil on your legs to protect you from the sand flies (called nik niks in the Philippines).
